The Consultant - Records Management & Compliance will direct clients in setting records retention policy, the proper management of the entire lifecycle of all paper and the use of electronic records, all in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and accrediting agencies. You will guide client organizations in the organizing, handling, storage, retrieval, and proper destruction of physical and electronic business records, all in adherence to records retention policies.
Qualifications:
* (CRM) Certified Records Management (5+ years) - Nuclear Specialists preferred.
* Proven expertise with records, management, retention and regulations to comply with state and federal laws.
* Knowledge and experience in; document management systems, electronic records management, classification structures, and related requirements
* Proven leadership skills; capable, confident, able and willing to direct and delegate tasks.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel spread sheets Microsoft Office.
* Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred, JD Preferred.
