Responsibilities.
· Provide telephone troubleshooting and investigation services to our clients for our software products. Troubleshooting may include how to use our products and configurations of SQL, IIS and our own .NET applications.
· Provide remote ScerIS software installation and configuration services in support of our field professional services organization.
· Troubleshoot SQL triggers, SQL queries and other related tasks to integrate ScerIS products with client’s hosts systems.
· Maintain customer call and knowledge based databases that track support tickets and their resolution.
· Assist or lead remote training of clients in the use of our solutions, including developing training material.
· Be a partner with the client in providing ScerIS services. Be an expert in business process automation technologies and the ScerIS products.
Qualifications.
Required Qualifications.
· Bachelor's degree in a technology related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences.
· Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
· Self motivated, desire and willingness to learn new technologies.
· Experience with Microsoft Server 2003 and Windows XP Professional.
· Experience in supporting web based applications in a Microsoft IIS/SQL based environment
Desirable Qualifications.
· Experience or familiarity in software development leveraging .NET, ASP.NET, Visual Basic or C#
· Experience or familiarity with writing queries, stored procedures and/or triggers in Microsoft SQL
· Experience or familiarity with software programming, quality assurance or database architecture
