Responsibilities:
- Direct report to the Vice President of Corporate Administration.
- Creative reporting capabilities; generate excel reports, researching information (internal systems) and report gathering skills.
- Managing corporate travel, all levels, specifically the VP level.
- Coordination, organization and management of trade show event materials and campaigns.
- Some presentation responsibilities.
- Creative mind with good organizational skills.
- Other duties as required.
- Travel 25% (local).
Qualifications:
ü Bachelors degree (preferred).
ü Excellent written and oral communication skills.
ü Superior skill and experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel spread sheets.
ü MS Office Professional (Word, PowerPoint, Access).
