Appointment Setters (B2B)

This position is for B2B calling on various business managers including C-level executives using the company’s information sources to schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Organize call information and contact prospective business managers within established call activity guidelines
  • Record all activities including discussions in our CRM software system
  • Coordinate call appointments to ensure proper set-up
  • Provide input on any suggested call activity process improvements

Requirements

  • Telemarketing or comparable inside sales experience
  • Experience with utilizing software including Microsoft Office
  • Well-organized and high energy with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated phone based selling skills
  • Understanding or an ability to learn business process and software based solutions
  • Motivated to set appointments and a genuine interest in this type of work

Other

This position is located in Sudbury, MA. Positions available include full-time temporary and part-time temporary with possibility for conversion to full-time permanent and part-time permanent following a 90 day probationary period.

Compensation

Compensation range is $15.50 per hour to $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and prior related experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, STD/LTD, 125 Plan, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and a generous vacation plan.
