Telemarketing Representatives

We have multiple openings for part time Telemarketing Representatives / Appointment Setters (B2B). As part of the Business Development Team, Telemarketing Representatives make outbound business to business cold calls and callbacks to develop sales leads, secure sales appointments, and manage lead follow up.  

Responsibilities

 

  •   Contact prospective hospital department managers and C-level executives to schedule "discovery"

      calls and sales demonstrations on ScerIS solutions and services

  •   Record call activity, including discussions held in ScerIS' CRM portal

  •   Facilitate and follow through on scheduled sales appointments

  •   Creativity is encouraged --- provide suggestions and input to the Business Development team in order

      to provide higher traction in developing targets and converting prospects into customers

  •   Provide additional business development support activities as needed (i.e. creating spreadsheets)

 

The Ideal Candidate will possess

 

  •   Experience utilizing common business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  •   Strong organization skills and communication (written and verbal) skills

  •   Desire and ability to learn business processes and ScerIS solutions

  •   Self-motivated to make calls and set appointments

  •   Ability to make it fun
