Principal Consultants have similar responsibilities as a consultant, but have demonstrated expertise across at least three industries.  Principal Consultants work with our clients and prospects to design solutions that meet their needs.  You will be working directly with senior management and clients to define requirements, develop statements of work, project timelines, and resource estimates.  You will also be involved in the implementation of the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary contact between the client and ScerIS on projects assigned
• Perform business and technical analysis as required
• Influence and negotiate scope and requirements with clients to arrive at a solution
• Create project plans, statements of work and other project documentation
• Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, on budget and meeting client expectation
• Manage project change control processes
• Mentor other team members, foster knowledge sharing to increase the overall application management, business analysis, and project management skills of the team
• Assist in, lead or be a significant contributor in discovery calls, solution demonstrations and other pre-sales related activities
