As part of the Professional Services team, Principal Solutions Engineer are resources in the deployment of the solutions that leverage ScerIS imaging, electronic forms, workflow and process automation capabilities to greatly increase the efficiencies of business processes and reduce operating expenses. This is a hands-on role that includes many duties of a Solutions Engineer with the additional responsibility business analysis, client relations, staff development and supervision of direct and indirect reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Consultants (or act as a consultant) in defining project requirements, criteria for success, milestones and schedules
- Assist with demonstrations of ScerIS solutions to prospective customers in support of Business Development
- Provide day to day management of projects ensuring milestones and objectives are met
- Work with clients in defining project requirements, criteria for success, milestones and delivery schedules
Identify and proactively manage project risks
- Work on multiple projects or client issues simultaneously
- Install, troubleshoot and configure ScerIS Solutions on Windows 200x servers
- Troubleshoot client issues and follow through to completion, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
- Create advanced SQL scripts, import packages or .NET utilities in support of solutions
- Be a subject matter expert on ScerIS software applications and solutions
- Be a mentor to and assist other members of the Professional Services organization
