Due to growth, we have multiple openings for software implementation specialists in our professional services organization based in Sudbury Massachusetts. As a software implementation specialist you will be responsible for constructing enterprise solutions that leverage electronic forms and electronic content management (ECM) solutions that dramatically reduce the costs associated with manual data entry and document processing. You will be working as part of a team to configure, train and deploy business process, custom software and ScerIS products at our clients.

As a software support specialist you will be providing a variety of technical telephone and remote support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting, training and requirements gathering for new product requests / custom development. Additionally, you may be involved in the remote deployment of customer software, software updates and software patches for our clients.

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Vice President of Corporate Administration. Key to this position, a major area of responsibility, is the ability to research and gather information and generate reports. The successful candidate will be a person who likes to be very active in company activities, enjoys working with corporate staff (all levels) and thrives on daily change and challenges.

The Account Executive- Business Developer, in addition to their assigned geographic territory is dedicated to supporting selected accounts in business, healthcare and government markets, with the responsibility to protect and increase market share. The primary focus is to serve as a resource to client accounts with the purpose of initially driving solution opportunities or outsourcing contracts that provide ScerIS with the opportunity to integrate solutions across all business lines. The AE is to serve as a resource to client accounts with the purpose of helping them identify ways in which they can leverage and expand upon ScerIS capabilities throughout their organization.

The Consultant - Records Management & Compliance will direct clients in setting records retention policy, the proper management of the entire lifecycle of all paper and the use of electronic records, all in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and accrediting agencies. You will guide client organizations in the organizing, handling, storage, retrieval, and proper destruction of physical and electronic business records, all in adherence to records retention policies.

As a ScerIS Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for content-driven marketing activities, related to both ongoing initiatives and unique projects. Successful candidates will have interest in communications, writing, public relations, and brand development.

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for developing test strategies, for manual and automated test plans and test cases, and advancing to the testing of Web, Client/Server and other applications, written in C# code, in an ASP.Net framework.

The User Interface UI Applications Developer, will be responsible for working with the Applications Development and Professional Services teams, to provide technology solutions and key customizations of client applications.
