A Quality Assurance Engineer works directly with the software development team to design and implement testing plans which serve to identify software defects and feedback information into the software development lifecycle in order to increase software quality over time. |

As part of the Professional Services team, the Implementation Manager is responsible for the day to day management of projects that leverage ScerIS imaging, electronic forms, workflow and automated data capture capabilities to greatly increase the efficiencies of business processes and reduce operating expenses. |

As part of the Professional Services team, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of projects that leverage ScerIS imaging, electronic forms, workflow and automated data capture capabilities to greatly increase the efficiencies of business processes and reduce operating expenses. |
| Principal Solutions Engineer
As part of the Professional Services team, the Principal Solutions Engineer are resources in the deployment of the solutions that leverage ScerIS imaging, electronic forms, workflow and automated data capture capabilities to greatly increase the efficiencies of business processes and reduce operating expenses. |
| Solutions Engineer Levels I, II & III (Business/Systems Analyst)
