Members of the intern program can expect to participate in meaningful and interesting projects. You will gain exposure to different levels of our business ranging from internal corporate strategy to client assignments across North America. Working with accomplished professionals and other talented students, you will receive relevant experience in a significant field. Much of the learning process for interns relies on interesting challenges set in a real-world environment.

The program allows you to focus in one area of interest (software development, business process optimization, marketing, or sales.) With your specialization, you will be included in cross-functional brainstorming and feedback sessions. In coordination with our client delivery, our internship programs are focused on individuality and innovation. The length of your experience will be determined prior to starting, the start date will depend on when you are available, and the content will develop as you progress.
