Implementation Managers perform many of the same functions as a Principal Solutions Engineer, with increased responsibility in designing the solutions, creating statements of work, managing direct and indirect reports and managing the day to day operations of the projects to successful conclusion.
This position requires proficiency with certain ScerIS software products and technologies. These skills can be attained through attendance at ScerIS University (http://sceris.com/about-sceris-university.htm) or through experience as a ScerIS Principal Solutions Engineer.
Responsibilities

Provides day to day management of projects ensuring milestones and objectives are met

Assist Project Managers (or act as Project Manager) in defining project requirements, criteria for success, milestones and schedules

Identify business and technical requirements through interviews, research and prior experiences

Be the primary escalation path for implementation related project issues

Manage project-level status meetings and reporting
-
Identify and proactively manage project risks
-
Analyze current business processes and makes recommendations on change
-
Work on multiple projects or client issues simultaneously

Be a mentor to and assist other members of the Professional Services organization
Requirements

Strong communication (written and oral) skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences

Outstanding analytical, problem solving skills and organizational skills

Demonstrated proficiency in the application of ScerIS Solutions across multiple industries

Demonstrated proficiency in ScerIS Software including Repository (Server, Full Client and Web Client), E-Forms (including Offline E-Forms), Print2ScerIS, Pack and Go (Standard, with Indexes and for Spreadsheets), Seamless Integration, AutoRun and ScerIS Reporting Client

Demonstrated proficiency in writing Microsoft SQL queries and stored procedures

Demonstrated proficiency in OCR technologies (structured and unstructured)

Ability to travel up to 40% (with overnight travel required)
Minimum Education

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or related field

Completion of ScerIS University, experience as a ScerIS Principal Solutions Engineer or ability to pass ScerIS Software and Application Certification tests, Implementation Management training or equivalent experience
