You will also be working with many Microsoft technologies including SQL, VB.NET, Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Server operating systems. Solution Engineer / Systems Analysts II work with clients to solidify business requirements install and configure ScerIS software and provide technical support. This position requires a blend of business analysis, technical ability and excellent customer-facing skills.

As part of the Professional Services team, Principal Solutions Engineer are resources in the deployment of the solutions that leverage ScerIS imaging, electronic forms, workflow and process automation capabilities to greatly increase the efficiencies of business processes and reduce operating expenses. This is a hands-on role that includes many duties of a Solutions Engineer with the additional responsibility business analysis, client relations, staff development and supervision of direct and indirect reports.

Consultants have expertise in specific vertical markets and work with our clients and prospects to create solutions that meet their business needs. You will be working directly with senior management and clients to define requirements, develop statements of work, project timelines, and resource estimates. You will also be involved in the implementation of the solution.

Principal Consultants have similar responsibilities as a consultant, but have demonstrated expertise across at least three industries. Principal Consultants work with our clients and prospects to design solutions that meet their needs. You will be working directly with senior management and clients to define requirements, develop statements of work, project timelines, and resource estimates. You will also be involved in the implementation of the solution.

ScerIS is looking for a technical writer and trainer to join our professional services team. This is a newly created position and we are looking for an individual who will expand on what we have in place and create an amazing and professional training program. You will take ownership creating software user guides, administrator guides, installation guides, training materials and certifications. You will also performing training to both ScerIS employees and our clients on the solutions we provide.
