ScerIS Enhances National Guard Web Interface

More than a Facelift

Sudbury, MA, 11 April 2007 - In 2003, the Massachusetts National Guard engaged with ScerIS to create a web interface for access to vital service records. Four years later, at the request of the National Guard, ScerIS has returned to the project in order to create both aesthetic and functional updates.

For the users, which include a number of agencies and organizations seeking to confirm service for veterans' benefits, the upgrade may only be notable due to the brighter and simpler user interface. Other, less obvious, upgrades include security enhancements and a complete modernization of the associated database. These enhancements allow the National Guard to meet the current and future State security regulations while laying the foundation for future enhancements to the interface.
