ScerIS Appoints Joe Havelick Chief Technology Officer 

Sudbury, MA, 17 March 2008 – Today ScerIS, Inc. announced the promotion of Joe Havelick to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this new position, he will be responsible for strategy, leadership, and innovation with regard to ScerIS’s continued development of products and solutions.

Commenting on the appointment, Jim Walckner, President and CEO of ScerIS, Inc., said, “Joe’s leadership, hard work, imagination, and capabilities, both in business and technology, have made him a great asset to ScerIS and I am excited to have such a skilled individual taking the reins of the CTO role.”

Joe served as the manager of professional services with ScerIS for 3 years. During his time as the manager of professional services, Joe built a successful team of consultants and implementation technicians, spearheaded the development of new products and capabilities such as the ScerIS E-Forms and Workflow, and built the internal technology infrastructure that ScerIS uses today to do business.

As CTO, Joe will report to Jim Walckner, President and CEO. Based out of the company headquarters in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Joe will be responsible for incubating new ideas for technology and furthering ScerIS’s dedication to be a technology and knowledge resource for our customers’ process optimization needs. He will also develop partnerships with customers and business partners to ensure ScerIS’s current solutions continue to meet the high standards established over the past 15 years.
