Strategic Partner Program FAQ

A: Strategic is the adjective we use because participation is a decision that you make after consideration of all of the information available and realizing that this is an incredible strategy for producing a six-figure or higher income per participant.

A: There are no costs to participate or that we ask you to incur but you may decide to create your own marketing strategy to source partners, sub-partners, VAR’s, OEM’s or prospective customers. Those costs are your own “make your market” costs and are not reimbursable by ScerIS.

A: As part of your participation, we will provide a number of resources that can be used in email or direct mail marketing programs as well as messages for social media campaigns to build your sales network. The strategic partner program offers a quick-start opportunity because ScerIS is participates with you in each of the opportunities you’re pursuing, and is your resource for subject matter expertise, presentations, proposals, contracts, and the ultimate delivery of solutions and services to customers.

A: The adage of getting out what you put in applies here but we never like to confuse results with effort. If you can achieve your income goals on a part-time basis, we welcome you into the program. Once you see how lucrative the opportunity is, you will WANT to work at it full time, build a team and build a recurring income opportunity.

A: The Strategic Partner Program is open to corporate entities. If you are an individual seeking to participate in this program, you will need to have a corporate status for participation. ScerIS does not partner with individuals, only with corporations.

A:  Customers use our implementation services and other support services for the implementation of the granted software. There are no charges for the software licenses granted under this program. Only annual or monthly software maintenance for whatever licenses are granted.

A: We determine the value of granted software licenses based on FTE headcount. Most companies will not use the entire amount of the grant. But if they need additional licenses after March 2021, participants in ERSGP receive a 25% discount off list price.

A: We determined that we wanted user licenses for all ETCETERA® modules to be available to customers, during this grant period, at no charge. When determining the grant value, on a customer by customer basis, headcount drives the calculations for licensing needed and it’s that entire license cost that we are granting in this program.

A: Customers use our professional services group for implementation, training and knowledge transfer. We charge for these services at our normal rates.

A: If companies need additional software in excess of the available grant or after the expiration of the program , it is discounted 25% from list price.

A: Customers that have also become Strategic Partners are familiar with the use of the software. Generally, Strategic Partners do not need to know how to use ETCETERA ® software although you can get a good sense of how it works from our videos. Your mission is to introduce the ERSGP to as many companies as possible. Do you have the skill set to give away world-class software? If so you will be successful.

A:  The ETCETERA® platform is a no-code solution for your enterprise and can be used for “everything else”, hence the name. Typically, companies have multiple single-use applications employed for the processes that fall outside of their core systems. Those applications, with their attendant costs for hardware, user licenses, support and maintenance, can be retired and replaced by ETCETERA® with its functionality of enterprise content management, enterprise process management and workflow and enterprise business intelligence. Build only what you need and build in the way that users want, not the way the other system dictate. Some very common uses are for accounts payable automation with disbursement approval workflows, portals and dashboards. Contract or lease management with automatic notifications for milestones like annual CAM increases and the uses go on. Whatever our customers envision, together we can actualize.

A: Yes, there is an agreement available for your review on the Strategic Partner page.

A: At present, the program was formulated to help during the pandemic and will end on March 31, 2021. With what looks like additional challenges in opening up businesses in the country, there is always the option to continue it but at present, the Software Grant Program will still end on March 31, 2021.

A: You will see the prohibited activities in Section 5 of the Strategic Partner Agreement.

A: New customers are the heartbeat of a company. With our strategic partners we uncover business opportunities that would never have otherwise materialized for the company. We are certainly strategically important to one another and our shared successes, and to our mutual customers.

A: Whether it is a question about outsourced scanning services, lockbox processing of transactions on either side of the ledger, cloud services and hosting or our software platform, ScerIS has the support team to make sure customers are protected.
