The ScerIS Pinnacle Partner Program (P3) is for businesses that want to achieve the highest possible levels of operational performance through enterprise-wide fully integrated information management and optimized process management. In P3, ScerIS and the Pinnacle Partner (Partner) participate in a collaborative effort to plan, innovate and pursue process efficiencies that contribute to the Partner’s increased employee satisfaction, improved financial results, reduced risk and accelerated innovation.
P3 brings savings between $500 and $2,500 per employee per year to the Partner. ScerIS grants licensing of its full stack no code ETCETERA® platform valued at $50,000 plus $250 per full time employee to launch the savings realization. Providing a wide range of services, ScerIS helps simplify business processes while bringing significant value to each Partner.
ScerIS’ primary goal in this partnership is to bring each Partner unequaled value and become their most valued partner.
ScerIS helps Partners identify and address the inefficiencies accumulated over time with application sprawl, infrastructure sprawl, utilization of multiple SaaS offerings, core system customizations, multiple managed services vendors, a plethora of IT vendors and other service vendors.
The benefits are achieved through application consolidation and work simplification while also avoiding future costs associated with more vendors and more silos, refocusing organizationally on delivering solutions while engaging employees, reducing risks, reducing costs and achieving other requirements described by the Partner.
Accomplishing this change starts with an understanding of where you are, writing a plan for where you want to be and executing on that plan.
Each P3 program begins with ScerIS and Partner co-managing the development of the Partner’s new vision for optimized business processes, information management, business process intelligence and integrated processes. Starting with departmental and information technology surveys that accumulate data about “now” and about “where we want to be”, ScerIS assists the Partner in the identification of opportunities and the development of the Partner’s strategic vision to achieve the following:

Complimentary Software Licenses. ScerIS provides each Partner with a grant of software licenses of its Full Stack No Code Application Platform valued at $50,000 plus $250 per employee. Partners may apply this value to ETCETERA® platform modules as desired. Use what you want, when you want. Use it or don’t use it. Pay software maintenance just for software that’s deployed (subscriptions are adjusted to reflect the savings based on amortization schedule selected by P3 Partner).

Additional Software Licenses. For software licensing required that’s in excess of the granted value, additional software licenses are always available to P3 Partners with a 25% discount.
Replacement Licensing – Trade Up. If you currently license document management, business process management, workflow or business intelligence software and retire it, replacing it with ECM, EPM or EBI from ETCETERA®, apply the total license fees paid to up to ½ of the discounted ETCETERA® licensing if those software licenses are covered by a current software maintenance agreement or up to ¼ of the discounted ETCETERA® licensing if third party software licenses are NOT covered by a current software maintenance agreement.
Infrastructure/Consulting/Managed Services/Business Process Outsourcing. ScerIS provides a wide range of quality services to Partners at discounted rates.
