At ScerIS, we have long embraced the idea that less is MORE. Harnessing the fluid adaptability of the ETCETERA^® platform (Liquid Edges) to craft steadfast applications (Solid Solutions), we tailor solutions to each client’s distinctive needs. At the heart of this work lies Manage Optimized Results Enterprise-wide (MORE), a philosophy reflecting our commitment to precise, purpose-built applications that streamline complexity, eliminate waste, and deliver measurable insights.

From the beginning, we have operated not only as a business but as a lifestyle company: a place where every team member earns a living wage, where professional fulfillment matters, and where delivering extraordinary service to our customers comes first.

But philosophy is never static. In 2025, as we became more aware of unique challenges faced by our veterans and their families, our sense of purpose was expanded. Today, we recognize that business can carry a responsibility beyond profit motives; for us it now carries the potential to fund healing programs for veterans, empower the nonprofits that serve them, and restore strength to families and communities alike.

That expanded purpose was expressed through the Software for Healing Initiative (SFHI), a program that combines the efforts of nonprofits serving veterans and their families with the resources of ScerIS, channeling the resulting success back to those very organizations. SFHI reflects our belief that business, at its best, is not only a means of creating solutions for customers but also a vehicle for restoring lives and strengthening society.
